Maven Day at Intuit (Friday February 15th)

We are planning to have a get together of the Maven community at Intuit this coming Friday (February 15th) in Mountain View. If you are interested please take a look at the page we've setup in the Maven User Wiki:

Maven Day at Intuit

We're asking people to sign up in the user wiki to let us know if they are going to attend. A short list of topics include:

  • Discussion of some of the work that has been going on for 2.1
  • Reworking of Maven Artifact to be graph-based, and fully deterministic
  • Toolchains
  • Build Plans
  • Anything else that's current on the Maven mailing list
  • Demo of Nexus
  • Demo of ArchetypeNG
  • Demo of M2Eclipse
  • Demo of workspace materialization with M2Eclipse
  • Demo of integration of Nexus with M2Eclipse
  • Demo of integration of ArchetypeNG with M2Eclipse
  • Demo of artifact resolution visualization tool created by Oleg Gusakov of EBay
  • Discuss how we can ease the process for OSS projects to get their artifacts into the central repository
  • Collection of user pain points which we can take back to the development list for discussion

Re: Maven Day at Intuit (Friday February 15th)

Will the details of the Maven Day at Intuit be published on the web so that those of us that couldn't make it can learn more about upcoming Maven tools and features?

Re: Maven Day at Intuit (Friday February 15th)

What's happening with Nexus - is it going to be released to the community soon? I remember reading your blog in November where you said that was to happen in a few days. What's the status?
